Change in Followers: The total number of followers gained/lost during the reporting period.

Change in Followers By Day: Percent increase (or decrease) of new followers, calculated daily, for all brands during the reporting period.

Default Reporting Period: The previous 30 days.

Engaged Users: The total number of unique users that have engaged (likes + replies + retweets + mentions*) with a post during the reporting period.

Engagement: Total number of replies, likes, retweets and mentions* during the reporting period.

Engagement Peak: The day with the highest total engagement during the reporting period.

Engagement Per Post: The average engagement per post during the reporting period. 

Followers: Total Followers of Twitter Account during the reporting period.

Likes: The total likes on Tweets sent during the reporting period.

Link Clicks: Number of clicks on bitly links created by GroundSpark during the reporting period.

Max Followers Added/Lost: Date of highest increase/decrease in follower growth during reporting period. Including the percent of followers greater than the average for that period.

*Mentions: The total number of @mentions of the brand during the reporting period. @Mentions do not occur on particular Tweets but on the brand's Twitter page, therefore all @mentions metrics can be found in the Account Data CSV.

Most Engaged Users: Users that have commented the most during the reporting period.

Most Engaging Post: The post with the highest amount of total engagement during the reporting period.

Most Followed Users: The users with the highest amount of followers during the reporting period.

Posts: The total number of Tweets, retweets, replies and quote tweets during the reporting period.

Potential Reach: The total number of users who could have seen any content associated with your page. Calculated by summing the number of followers for all engaged users during the reporting period.

Quote Tweets: Number of retweets that also contain additional commentary during the reporting period.

Reach Per Engaged User: The average Reach per engaged user during the reporting period. Also read as, Average number of followers for all engaged users during the reporting period.

Reach Per Post: The average reach per post during the reporting period.

Relative Share of Followers: Each brand's followers as a percent of the total followers across all brands during the reporting period.

Replies: The total number of replies to Tweets during the reporting period.

Retweets: The total number of tweets that begin with "RT" during the reporting period.

Top Clicked Links: The top 10 most clicked bit.ly links created by GroundSpark during the reporting period.

Top Posts: The top posts, based on Total Engagement during the reporting period. Contains image, copy, date published, likes, comments and tags.

Total Engagement By Day: Total Engagement for each brand broken down daily for the reporting period.

Total Followers: The total number of Twitter followers at the end of the reporting period.

Tweets: The number of Tweets sent from the Twitter Account being tracked during the reporting period.
