A general account is any account that does publish directly to the social network but is used to create content through GroundSpark and will publish to an email or Slack channel. These can be set up for any account including: Pinterest, WordPress, emails, Snapchat, etc.

To set up a general account, follow these steps:

  1. Click your brand logo located in the bottom-left corner of your screen to reveal the pencil icon. 
  2. Click the pencil. 

   3. Click the Accounts tab.
   4. Click Add Account and select a General from the list.

   5. Choose a general account icon and name the account. Select how you'd like        to receive notification (either through a Slack channel or email) and click               create.
