Accounts need to be reauthorized for a handful of reasons: the password is changed, the token has expired from the platform, etc. GroundSpark will email all Admins of a Brand if an account needs to be reauthorized. To reauthorize your account follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your Brand on GroundSpark
2. Click on the Brand logo and click on the pencil


3. Find the Account that needs to be reauthorized and click the two arrows that create a circle. 


4. You will get a green notification letting you know that the account has been reauthorized.
