Canned Responses are available in for every reply in the Inbox. You can create canned responses and use them to respond quickly to common customer questions from any Ticket reply. 

To create a new canned response: 

  1. Select a Ticket.
  2. Click to reply.
  3. Click the star bookmark in the upper right corner.


   4. Click the blue plus sign (+) in the upper right corner.

   5. Type in the subject and copy for the reply and then click Save.

To add a canned response to a reply:

1. Select a Ticket.
2. Click to reply.
3. Click the star bookmark in the upper right corner.
4. Select the response and it will populate as the reply.
5. Click 'Send + Close' or 'Send' to send this message to the customer.
