From the Workflow view: 

  1. On the Ideas column, click on plus sign (+).
  2. Select any/all of the following: Social Account(s), Copy, Image, Tags, Date and Event. 
  3. Click Save.

From the Calendar view: 

  1. Click the plus sign (+), in the upper-right side. 
  2. Click New Post.
  3. Select any/all of the following: Social Account(s), Copy, Image, Tags, Date and Event. 
  4. Click Save.

From the Monitor view: 

  1. Click the plus sign (+), at the bottom of the tab column. 
  2. Click New Post.
  3. Select a Social Account, insert Copy/Image and any tags. 
  4. Click Send

Note: On Monitor, the post goes out in real-time and does not go through the Workflow process (No client approval option). Posts created in Calendar/Workflow view will appear in the Ideas column in Workflow.
